EDITOR’S MESSAGE
Special guest editorial
Hi IMTC Mass Timber Community—It’s Arnie.
I love to sell. But Melissa, Marvin, and Stacey—along with help from Paul—are our new upgraded sales team, and they’re way better than I will ever be in this new age. I want you to know who’s working for you.
Melissa Sklenar, our sales director, has been at the heart of this conference’s growth. Many of you already know her by name—and by her uncanny ability to remember yours. Her relationships across our industry are why our show floor feels like a reunion, not a marketplace.
Marvin Springer, now full-time on IMTC as our senior account executive, gives our partners the steady, personal attention they deserve. When you commit to this conference, Marvin commits right back. Marvin commented the “sense of community IMTC fosters each year when we convene as an industry” drives his passion to be a part of this event and differentiates it from other events.
And you may remember Stacey Littles—my favorite niece—from about ten years ago. She worked closely with Tom and Paul on the Small Log Conference and the start of IMTC. We’re so pleased she’s back. As Stacey puts it:
“Returning for year 11 feels like coming full circle. As Conference Account Executive, my role is more than managing accounts—it’s about building relationships and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement in a community that’s shaping the future of construction.”
If you need help registering, reach out to Stacey. She’ll take care of you like family—because she is.

This conference has never been about booths and badges. It’s about people who believe in mass timber and in each other.
That said—please say hello to me, too!
See you in Portland.

Founder, International Mass Timber Conference
